These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NotchPad, a macOS application developed and operated by TinyThings ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By downloading, installing, or using NotchPad, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
NotchPad grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the application on up to 3 Mac devices. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the application.
NotchPad, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of TinyThings. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the license described above.
NotchPad includes a 15-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, a one-time purchase of $9.99 (USD) is required to continue using write features (creating and editing notes, snippets). Read-only access to existing content remains available without purchase. Your license is perpetual and valid for up to 3 Mac devices.
Payments are processed by Polar.sh (our merchant of record). Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to support@tinythings.app or through Polar.sh's support.
You retain ownership of all content you create within NotchPad (notes, snippets, etc.). We do not claim any rights to your content. All user content is stored locally on your device.
NotchPad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use the app at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotchPad and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or interruption of business. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of NotchPad shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application.
We may terminate or restrict your license if you violate these Terms. Upon notification of a violation, you will have 14 days to remedy the issue before termination takes effect. Termination does not affect your ownership of locally stored content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or within the application. Continued use of NotchPad after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
NotchPad is operated by TinyThings. For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@tinythings.app or use our contact form.
