What your Pro purchase covers
A perpetual NotchPad Pro license for up to 3 Macs, without a recurring subscription. Activate the license in NotchPad Settings. You can manage your activations there when you change devices.
What it does not include
NotchLive Pro is a separate purchase if you want Voice Notes. Connected AI apps use their own accounts, providers, and usage limits; NotchPad Pro does not pay for Claude, Codex, or another AI service. Built-in AI still requires a supported Mac, macOS 26 or later, and Apple Intelligence.
Will it run on my Mac?
Apple silicon Mac · macOS 15 or later · No notch required. Notes, folders, clipboard history, snippets, stickies, and AI Connections do not require Apple Intelligence.
What happens before and after the trial?
Before starting, explore and edit the Welcome Note. Starting the trial unlocks all features for 14 days. After expiry, saved notes, snippets and clipboard history stay readable, copyable and exportable. Creation, editing, new clipboard capture, imports and other active features require Pro. The Welcome Note remains editable. Nothing is automatically charged.
Already own Pro?
Your existing paid license keeps its Pro access. The trial does not replace it, reset it or require another purchase. Activate your existing key in Settings if you install on another Mac.
Can I request a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Email support@tinythings.app or contact Polar support. Keep your order information handy so we can locate the purchase.
